    Heat added OP, but just wanted to say to parents out there struggling with their autistic child - most advice for parenting autism is pretty redundant if your child has a PDA (pathological demand avoidance) profile and/or their autism is co-morbid with ADHD. So, if the advice isn’t working, it’s (probably) not you and your child likely just needs a different approach!
